Graphic for The Tempest ‘zine of Saint John, NB.

I must say; it’s a swell little compilation of writing. Thanks to Julia Wright (mother of The Tempest) for inviting me to illustrate the cover of their current Oceanic Issue.

KV Style

Thank you, KV Style (The Telegraph Journal, Saint John), for this very kind article. It is an honour to be noted alongside the talents of both Jeneca and Peter.

Cheers to writer Joanna Carson Skead and editor Candice MacLean.

18 May 2010 - 11:30This is a photograph of me.

In lieu of timely updates, which I have neglected shamefeully of late, please accept this recent photograph of me. Take it, if you will, as near-proof that I still exist, and am still working, though poor at keeping my website up to date. I will attend to it soon.

As ever ~ Pamela

invitepreshrunk2010

The Pre-Shrunk show is back on January 29th and always a big hit at Argyle Fine Art. I am delighted to be a part of the fun this year!

Original works of art sized just so at 4″ x 5″ and priced just right at $175 each.

The Only Bear She Had Ever Loved

But there’s more to it than that!  Until January 10th you have the opportunity to pre-purchase  a voucher for just $100! The first 50 sold will be numbered from 1 to 50, and will entitle you to select works according to your voucher number, in numerical order. Simply bring your voucher to the show on Friday, January 29th, 7pm-9pm and cash it in for an original 4″ x 5″ work of art. (If you are unable to be at the opening reception on Friday, January 29th, you can simply select a piece from the Argyle Fine Art website:  www.argylefa.com  and the friendly folks at the gallery will act as your proxy.)

The opening reception will boast food, music and of course the work from a variety of talented local artists. What better start to your new year?

Here’s something neat:

This is your chance to have a personalized 5″ x 7″ drawing/painting created for whomever you like! The size is perfect for framing or mailing and has a very merry set price of just $50!

A handful of selected artists from Argyle Fine Art (including yours truly, the fab Nick Brunt,  and more) have been enlisted to create a work of art on a 5″ x 7″ paper card stock at your request.

Give the gallery a call at 902-425-9456 or pop by their location at 1869 Upper Water Street (Historic Properties District) in Halifax, N.S. or simply fill out the handy online form at the gallery’s website:

http://www.argylefa.com/

Drawings will be available for pick-up as completed. All orders must be place by December 11th.

I would love to draw up a card for you!
